Типография FontFlow стремится к удовлетворённости клиентов. Настоящая политика описывает случаи, в которых возможен возврат средств за наши продукты и услуги.

Перед оформлением заказа ознакомьтесь с политикой — она определяет ваши права в отношении возвратов.

2. Цифровые продукты (шрифты)

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of font products, all sales are final once the font files have been delivered. However, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The font files are defective or corrupted and cannot be fixed
  • The font does not match the description provided on our website
  • You have not downloaded or used the font files
  • The purchase was made in error and you contact us within 24 hours

2.2 Refund Process

To request a refund for digital products:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@domain.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Fonts that have been downloaded and used
  • Customized or personalized font products
  • Fonts purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products obtained through promotional or discounted pricing

3.1 Project Cancellation

For custom design projects, the following refund terms apply:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund minus any processing fees (typically 5%)
  • After Initial Concepts: Refund of remaining balance minus work completed
  • After Approval: No refunds available once final design is approved

3.2 Unsatisfactory Work

If you are not satisfied with the work provided:

  • We will work with you to address concerns and make revisions
  • Additional revision rounds may be provided at no extra cost
  • If we cannot meet your requirements after reasonable attempts, a partial refund may be considered
  • Refund amount will be calculated based on work completed and project stage

3.3 Client Cancellation

If you cancel a project:

  • You must provide written notice of cancellation
  • Refund will be calculated based on work completed to date
  • Any deliverables provided remain our property until full payment is received
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Консультационные услуги

Consultation services are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. However:

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, you may receive a full refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule

5. Подписные услуги

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for the current billing period unless required by law
  • You will continue to have access to services until the end of your paid period

6.1 Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-15 business days

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
